CANCELLATION POLICY
There is a 50% cancellation fee for No-Shows or Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. There is no refund on any service rendered. If there are any issues that need to be addressed, please reach out to the stylist who performed the service. We will do what we can to correct any concerns, but services are final, and there is no refund.
